Depends on the venue/band.
As for Mike Ness ? I don't think he likes flash photography when he's on stage. That's just what I can gather from being at the shows.
I never go to a show/festival without my camera as I find photos are more priceless than tour t-shirts even though they cost a fortune in processing...
I was just wondering what the attitudes of bands/promoters/venues in the US were like in regards to bringing camera into gigs? I hear its kinda strict.

thanks for the tip reno!
the living end is that a joke or is that a real band?
The living end is a great band. There new stuff is not to hot but their rock-a-billy phase was incredible.

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">It just so happens that The Living End happen to be the best live band in this country at the moment. I have said before...forget about shit like Jet and all these other poser, NBT, Beatles-wannabe bands that we seem to turn out! Add to that the hardcore, dedicated fan base they have in Oz (click the link to the Official Forums in my sig and see what I'm talking about!)as well as winning new fans here every day and its pretty safe to say I can back up my arguments.Originally posted by Steadfastpunk:

Bottom line, if The Living End were continuing to play rockabilly for the rest of their careers, they wouldn't have lasted one album but what they have managed to do it evolve as songwriters and musicians and turn out new sounding albums all the time! First album was more punkabilly (not a genre I know but gimme a break!), Roll on is more ACDC style rock anthem inspired and Modern ARTillery to me is a more rock sounding album like Roll On. They can't be classed as anything but a rock band now IMo but they are still my favourite band!
Its a shame they got shafted by their record company in the US (not promoted and marketed properly resulting in no airplay) and that you Yanks don't get to see/hear more of em more often!
They are amazing. My other favorite band. Go Living End!
